Shirts are pre-soaked in activator and pre-folded and ready to dye. This allows for a more consistent pattern with dyes that will produce beautiful vibrant colors. Your guests get “suited up“ with gloves and a smock and then enter our mobile tie-dye studio where the magic begins!  After a quick lesson on the science of tie-dye and some tie-dye tips handed down from some leading tie-dye masters your guests will be ready to create their own unique masterpieces!

The tie-dye party cost $20 per shirt for kids sizes 2T-XXL . Adult shirts (sizes S-XXL) are $30 each and available upon special request. There is a $200 minimum for the trailer to come to your event. If you do not have enough guests to meet the minimum we suggest making more than one shirt so that you are able to hit that goal or there is an option to add “baking soda vinegar explosions” to your party which will allow for an additional “pop” to your party.  “Baking soda vinegar explosions” add will cost an additional $50 per 10 kids

The actual dye process only takes about 10 minutes and the explanation and instructions add about another 10 to 15 minutes. Because of this, we are able to handle parties of much larger sizes and run ”waves” of guests through. Depending on age groups, we  handle up to 14 guests making tie-dyes at one time. Since our process is relatively quick, we’re able to offer our services for private events at a reasonable rate that’s more affordable than other entertainment options.

There is an option to add a “baking soda vinegar explosions” science experiment to your tie-dye party which adds another fun “pop” to your party! 

Before dying you put on gloves and a smock and then you can begin the dying process, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Some people take longer, some are quick, it depends on the person.  After each participant finishes, I will seal the bags and label them. You will then take home the shirt in the bag and then will follow the tie dye washing instructions 48 hours later after the dye has set. In all actuality this is the best part! When you begin rinsing and opening up your dye at home it's like Christmas! 

Yes, we can accommodate color requests for most of our tie-dye products. Contact us with your specific color preferences and we'll do our best to create a color palette that matches your needs! This is a great idea for team shirts!

Yes! We are available for corporate events, team building, office parties, girls/guys night, high school reunions, just about anything! We even offer a Tipsy Tie Dye for adults! Bring your favorite adult beverage to enjoy with your friends while crafting your custom shirt! We use Gildan 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirts for our adult sizes.
